BODY ANALYSIS
Full body analysis including body fat, muscle mass, metabolic rate etc. A starting point to measure your progress.

GOAL SETTING
Work together with your trainer to create a clear plan of action to safely and effectively reach your goals.

1:1 TRAINING
Your 1:1 training sessions will take place in our Fully equipped facility at RS Total Fitness. No intimidating atmosphere. Just you and your trainer.  

NUTRITION COACHING
Advice and clarity on helping you fulfill your nutritional goals, as well as meal plan examples. We will work together to create a tailored meal plan.

MINDSET COACHING
Having a positive mindset plays a huge role in your fitness journey. Your trainer will help you get into a positive mindset and stay focused so you can successfully reach your goals.  

MOTIVATION
In life you go through ups and downs, health and fitness are no different. But your trainer will always be on hand to keep you motivated every step of the way.
